With Primary, you have 100 nights to decide whether or not to return it. If you decide our bedding isn’t for you, send us an email to begin the return process.

You will receive a full refund once we inspect the package; we can not accept soiled or ruined product. Your return will be donated to charity – they don’t want ruined bedding either! :-)

While the majority of bedding is made from cotton, linen is actually superior to cotton in every way. Linen is a luxury product. It’s stronger, has a high moisture absorbency rate, it’s hypoallergenic, highly breathable, and lasts 10x longer than cotton. For you crazy non-top sheet users — Allow us to explain why using a top sheet with a duvet cover is better.

Using a top sheet is better for cleanliness & regulating heat. With a top sheet you have 2 temperature options through the night. Plus you wash the top sheet instead of unwieldy duvet.

Before our design, people would wake up with their top sheet as a tangled mess at their feet under their duvet cover. Also every other sheet company cuts their top sheet to be wider than the duvet, forcing you to tuck it in when making your bed. Those 2 things annoyed us too, so we fixed both.

Along the left and right edges of the Primary duvet cover and top sheet, you’ll find simple snaps. The two pieces snap together at perfectly gapped points. This simple innovation allows the top sheet and duvet cover to flow freely, while still staying aligned during sleep. You should sleep under the top sheet as normal. Sleeping in Primary feels just like normal bedding. Don’t worry, this isn’t a sleeping bag system. When you wake up in the morning, you shouldn’t ever find the top sheet in a ball at your feet. Making your bed is now as simple as smoothing your duvet and walking away.

Linen uses thicker fiber than cotton, giving it its unique look. Primary linen is stonewashed with special white volcanic stones before it reaches you. It’s pre-softened for your comfort. The best part of Primary is it will only become softer and softer from use. The point at which cotton would normally begin to fall apart, Primary linen is at its softest, and just as strong.

Linen is a much thicker fibre than most fabrics and proves to be more robust, durable, and softer than cotton. While linen has a lower thread count than cotton, its properties are far more superior.

Currently Primary is offered in full, queen, and king sizes. If we don’t carry your size, please reach out to us and let us know what you’re looking for. In the future, we may expand to other in-demand sizes.

We recommend washing on a warm, light cycle. Do not bleach or use bleach agents. If you tumble dry, use a light, warm setting. Separate whites from colors. It is recommended to wash your white sheets separate from the colored duvet so the colors don’t bleed together.

The more time you spend in Primary, the softer it will become. Primary is made from 100% French linen. As with all bedding and clothing, new linen should be washed before using for the first time. Regular use and laundering will only make the bedding softer, suppler and long lasting.

Domestic shipping in the USA is free. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We do our best to package and ship your order within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation link with tracking info via email once it does. We also try to be proactive with shipping notifications as your package moves from us to your doorstep.

After ordering, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, and then a second email once your order ships. Inside that email will be a link for how to track your order.
